This IS progress. All I ever asked in my complaints initially was to explain what they meant by a ‘transwoman’. Then for them to stop using that term altogether and replace with ‘man who says /believes/pretends/identifies as/ dresses like a woman’ Eventually they can stop using ‘biological’ as an obvious sop to the delusional.

I will continue to complain until they stop using ‘she’ for men, and until they stop ignoring stories that are less flattering to transactivists. As well as the ones mentioned, the threats against Ellie Reeves MP by a transidentifying man who was imprisoned last week - no mention on the BBC AFAIK. In the context of two previous murders of MPs by violent ideologues that is striking.

No mention of the leak of the WPATH files. No mention of all the times peaceful women’s meetings have been prevented or violently attacked. I sent them all the evidence for this from Sex Matters website. No mention of the banners carried by men saying ‘kill TERFs’, ‘decapitate TERFs’, ‘arm trans people’.

No mention of KJK’s Let Women Speak protest outside the BBC yesterday i notice, not even in the Culture or London sections of the website.

The terrible propaganda for childhood and young adult transitioning is a stain on them that will never go away though. There will be no acknowledgement, no apology and no punishment of those responsible. Still what can we expect when Cass thinks there is such a thing as a ‘trans child’?

Thanks again for your work on this. There is a palpable sea change in reporting everywhere. I do think this more accurate reporting will end the confusion around 'trans speak'. Eg. Is a trans wonan really a man and vice-versa. This may seem obvious to many of us who have been pushing against this for some time, but we have to remember this isn't the case for vast swathes of the public.

Of course language infliences thinking and belief, especially from trusted sources like news outlets. If it didnt there would be no such thing as marketing.

Thanks again. I do believe your shing light on this matter has been influential in shaping the change.
