Journalists fought hard for the right to live tweet from court. I remember how hard it is to make live notes in court ( I never mastered shorthand).

This small team have dedicated themselves to covering these cases. They do an amazing job.

When I first heard of them, I assumed they were an official court service!!

I've been trying to identify the feeling I have about Tribunal Tweets. It goes beyond admiration, and is probably pride. I am so proud of these remarkable women - and more so now you have described the behind-the-scenes work involved! Tribunal Tweets: setting the standard for journalists everywhere.

I agree. Without them, and Mumsnet, I would have no idea what the BBC has left out

Thanks for this.

From this citizen journalist, hats off to amazing Tribunal Tweets.

Further shame on NHS Fife! Delays? They caused the delays by failing to comply with a disclosure order!

I am having a brief pause on my updates while I finalise a one off piece but will cross post in due course.

Tribunal Tweets offer a fantastic and hugely valuable service under huge pressure. I trust I’ll be able to continue following the NHS Fife/Sandie Peggie case - and others - on X via Tribunal Tweets. Thanks Tribunal Tweets!

Tribunal Tweets is a fabulous service that has made me aware of tribunal processes and keeps me abreast of issues I have an interest in. I really hope the judge keeps his approach to openness going and stops NHS Fife trying to close down public awareness of their execrable management and HR practices

"It must have been exquisitely embarrassing having hundreds of people logging on to watch your clinical staff struggle to explain the difference between men and women."

God help any person who comes into their ED unresponsive. The care team couldn't possibly tell a patient's sex by examining them visually, which I imagine would put a damper on beginning the appropriate treatment...

Just to say, on Mumsnet, it's been suggested we contact the Tribunal and give our opinion about the proposed banning of the public and Tribunal Tweets. Needs to be done asap.

Email: edinburghet@justice.gov.uk with the ref: Case reference 4104864/2024 - Peggie v Fife Health Board.
